The Doner Company is a progressive advertising company, and wanted this to be conveyed in their renovated office. With years of experience creating lighting designs and effects for theatrical, stage, and exhibit clients, Illuminart was more than capable of providing a lighting design that fit Doner's image conscious needs, while also providing outstanding lighting for a work environment..

Creative lighting techniques are used to compliment the interior spaces throughout the project. The lobby features lighting that is dramatic and theatrical in character using color filters and a 'gobo' projector, which projects client logos onto the lobby surfaces and create a personalized welcome.

In the graphics design department, color filters are used on the uplight component to reduce overall brightness for CAD operators and provide a creative, colorful effect. Office lighting systems use high efficient T-8 lamp and ballast technologies and control systems to reduce operations and maintenance costs.
