The Regent Court office building wraps around a motor court which features an undulating landscape sculpture of grass, granite, and brick pavers. Illuminart was called upon to illuminate this expansive sculptural piece, with its striking contrast of organic shapes to the rigid grid pattern of the architectural backdrop.

The sculpture is illuminated by five custom designed black pylons, located around the perimeter. Each pylon contains multiple fixtures, aimed at various areas of the sculpture. The fixtures in the pylons are controlled by a four-circuit electronic timed crossfader, with fade times set at 7 seconds to slowly change illumination patterns on the sculpture. At night, the flowing form of the sculpture is discreetly animated with a breath of light. The subtle shift of light intensity brings life to the sculpture in the darkness. The interaction of lighting, architecture, and sculpture in this fascinating space creates a memorable impression for the viewer, which translates to added value for the client and a better environment for the occupant.
